All forms of creatine do two things. First, when creatine is processed in human muscle tissue, it causes creatinine to be formed. This waste product is then removed from the blood and eliminated
throughout the course of the day. The second thing that creatine does is give the muscles energy. When the muscle system is utilized, each individual muscle will contract and release.
Creatine supplementation is of particular benefit in high-intensity activities, where it increases power and strength as well as muscle recovery primarily as a result of the important role that it plays in the generation of intra-muscular energy during muscular contraction.
